Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

A: To start a return, please contact us at info@onlyzaz.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Q: What should I do if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

A: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

A: Yes, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at info@onlyzaz.com.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We currently offer shipping within the U.S. only. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 5-7 days for shipping. Please note that we are not liable for lost parcels.
